Abstrakt
Głównym celem wykorzystywanego w Policji systemu szkoleń i doskonalenia zawodowego jest poszerzanie wiedzy teoretycznej oraz rozwijanie umiejętności praktycznych i intelektualnych uczestników. Doskonalenie zawodowe jest niezbędne do efektywnego i skutecznego realizowania przydzielonych policjantom zadań służbowych. Aby system ten spełniał swoje zadania musi zostać właściwie zaplanowany oraz skoordynowany z ogólną strategią działania organizacji o hierarchicznej strukturze. Planowość w doskonaleniu zawodowym i nabywaniu przez policjantów nowych kompetencji wymaga dobrego rozpoznania potrzeb, przemyślanego systemu naboru oraz przeprowadzenia ewaluacji doskonalenia, aby ocenić efektywność szkoleń, trafność doboru metod i technik oraz środków dydaktycznych. Dobra koordynacja zajęć oraz ich nowoczesny, interaktywny przebieg, co było przedmiotem moich badań ankietowych, pozwoliły uzyskać interesujące opinie respondentów o przydatności tematyki szkoleniowej.
The main purpose of the system used in police training and development is to enhance theoretical knowledge and develop practical and intellectual skills of the participants. Further training for the police is necessary to enable them to effectively and efficiently carry out the police duty tasks assigned. For this strategy to be successful, the tasks must be properly planned and coordinated; keeping with the aims of the strategy of the organization with a hierarchical structure. Planning professional development and acquisition of new powers by the police requires a good identification of needs. Furthermore an evaluation was carried out to assess the effectiveness of training, accuracy of methods and techniques and teaching aids. The subject of my research: good coordination activities and their modern, interactive course has produced an interesting survey respondent opinions about the suitability of the training topics.
