dc.description.abstractEnterprises striving to raise their profile can implement strategy of balanced development. This strategy creates new opportunities for enterprises, nevertheless; it requires from them to overcome many obstacles. The purpose of this paper is to prove that forwarding enterprises can shape their organization according to strategy of balanced development by using new opportunities and overcoming impediments. This paper consists of three parts. First part includes definition of balanced development. The second one explains the issues related to specific of forwarding enterprises. Finally, in the third and four part there is a diagnosis of opportunities to use and obstacles to overcome by firms while strategy of balanced development is implemented.pl
