| dc.description.abstract | Tematem niniejszej pracy jest charakterystyka gminy Łącko, analiza dochodów i wydatków gminnego budżetu względem założonych planów w okresie od 2006 roku do roku 2009. Praca ma charakter metodyczno-literaturowy, zawiera najistotniejsze informacje dotyczące polityki budżetowej gminy. Celem pracy jest analiza przychodów i rozchodów środków budżetu gminy, kreatywność pozyskiwania dochodów przez gminę, jak również wydatki poniesione na inwestycje. W pracy przedstawiono charakterystykę systemu finansów publicznych oraz budżetu samorządu terytorialnego. Przedstawiona analiza pozwala na własną interpretację charakterystyki uchwalania i wykonania budżetu. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The main subject of my thesis is financial description of Łącko district, taking into account analysis of sources of income and expenses from the local budget included In the plans from 2006 to 2009. Above mentioned thesis is based on methodological background related to the most essential knowledge about the financial strategies and polices of budget of Łącko district. The basic aim of this master`s thesis is to analyses sources of income and expense of the district, creativity in means of profits by the city as well as expenses heeded for the investments. The thesis contains description of the public finance system and budget of the local government. Presented analyses allow to make attempt to create one`s own critical interpretation of passing a budget. | pl |
