dc.description.abstractPrezentowana praca przedstawia rolę Ochotniczych Straży Pożarnych w realizacji zadań społeczno-gospodarczych. Analizy dokonano na przykładzie jednostek OSP z terenu Gminy Dębno. W pierwszym rozdziale pracy przeanalizowano zagadnienia związane z zadaniami i kompetencjami gmin jako jednostek samorządu terytorialnego. Analizie poddano pojęcie i istotę samorządu terytorialnego, kompetencje i zadania gminy, a także finansowanie jej funkcjonowania i rozwoju. Rozdział drugi poświęcono Ochotniczym Strażom Pożarnym w życiu Gminy Dębno. Przedstawiono Gminę Dębno jako podstawową jednostkę samorządu terytorialnego, zajmując się jej ogólną charakterystyką i uwarunkowaniami społeczno-gospodarczymi. Następnie zajęto się Ochotniczymi Strażami Pożarnymi w Gminie Dębno. Omówione zostały podstawy prawne funkcjonowania OSP, struktura i władze OSP Dębno, wyróżnionej jako jednej z najbardziej aktywnych jednostek z terenu Gminy Dębno, zadania OSP i ich realizacja w gminie, a także finansowanie działalności OSP. W ostatnim rozdziale zgłębiono zagadnienie społecznej recepcji działalności OSP w Gminie Dębno. Przedstawiony został cel, hipotezy badawcze i metodologia badań. Zaprezentowano graficzne wyniki badań ankietowych, a także poddano weryfikacji hipotezy badawcze. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań potwierdziły pozytywny odbiór realizacji zadań społeczno-gospodarczych jednostek OSP przez mieszkańców Gminy Dębno.pl
dc.description.abstractThe thesis presents the function of the Volunteer Fire Brigades in the accomplishment of socio-economic tasks. The analysis was conducted on the basis of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Units from Dębno district area. In the first chapter of the thesis the issues connected with tasks and competences of districts as local government units constituted the subject of the analysis. The notion and nature of local government, competences and tasks of a district, and the funding of its functioning and development were analysed. The second chapter was devoted to the Volunteer Fire Brigades in the life of Dębno district. Dębno district was presented as a basic unit of local government, taking into consideration its general characteristics and socio-economic conditioning. The next chapter was devoted to the Volunteer Fire Brigades operating in Dębno area. In this chapter the legal bases of Volunteer Fire Brigades functioning, their structure and authorities in Dębno, which was distinguished as one of the most active units in Dębno district area, Volunteer Fire Brigades’ tasks and their accomplishment in the district, and also funding of the Volunteer Fire Brigades, were discussed. The issue of social reception of the Volunteer Fire Brigade activity was the subject of a thorough study in the last third chapter. The aim, research hypotheses and research methodology were presented. Graphic survey results were shown, and research hypotheses underwent a verification process. The results of the conducted research confirmed that the accomplishment of socio-economic tasks performed by the Volunteer Fire Brigades met with positive reception from the residents of Dębno district.pl
