Abstrakt
The County Headquarters, as an organizational unit of the State Fire
Service, similarly to other entities, operates in a turbulent environment. One
of the special features that distinguish it from other nonprofit institutions is
its prevailing culture. Organizational culture seems to be a determinant of the
successful operation of the State Fire Service, which involves the realization
its social purposes.
