dc.description.abstractTematem mojej pracy jest: bezrobocie w powiecie nowosądeckim w latach 2007-2011, które jest jednym z poważnych problemów na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego. To zjawisko wywołuje dużo negatywnych konsekwencji na płaszczyźnie społecznej, psychologicznej, ekonomicznej i również politycznej. Głównym celem badań w mojej pracy jest analiza poziomu bezrobocia w powiecie nowosądeckim występującego w latach 2007-2011 pod kątem różnorakich kategorii oceny. Za cele szczegółowe obrałam zbadanie występującego zjawiska bezrobocia biorąc pod uwagę płeć bezrobotnych i następnie określiłam wiek osób bezrobotnych. Kolejnym celem jest charakterystyka osób bezrobotnych według miejsca zamieszkania oraz poziomu wykształcenia. Ostatnim celem jest scharakteryzowanie grupy bezrobotnych biorąc pod uwagę staż pracy jej członków oraz ich czas pozostania bez pracy. Osiągnięcie założonych celów możliwe było dzięki doborowi odpowiednich narzędzi badawczych. W tym celu posłużyłam się pogłębioną analizą dokumentów udostępnionych przez Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Nowym Sączu oraz wykorzystałam informacje pochodzące ze stron internetowych Starostwa Powiatowego w Nowym Sączu i Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego.pl
dc.description.abstractThe subject of my work is: Unemployment in the Nowy Sącz district in 2007-2011 years which is one of the serious problems in the Nowy Sącz district. This occurrence is provoking many negative consequences on the social, psychological, economic and also political plain. At my work analysis of the level of unemployment appearing in the Nowy Sącz district is a main purpose of research in 2007-2011 years under the angle of different categories of the evaluation. Behind specific objectives I picked examining the appearing phenomenon of unemployment taking the sex of the unemployed into consideration and then I determined the age of unemployed persons. Characteristics of persons of the unemployed are a next purpose according to the domicile and the level of education. Characterizing the group of the unemployed is the last purpose taking into consideration the work experience of its members and their time of staying jobless. Achieving established purposes was possible thanks to the assortment of right research tools. For that purpose I used deepened analysis of documents disclosed by district job centre in Nowy Sącz as well as I used information coming from websites of the district office in Nowy Sącz and of district job centre for the Nowy Sącz Districtpl
