Celem niniejszej pracy było zaprezentowanie procesów odpowiedzialnych za sprawne
funkcjonowanie systemu controllingu przy użyciu informatycznego systemu zintegrowanego
klasy ERP w przedsiębiorstwie usługowo – budowlanym. W pierwszej części pracy opisane
zostaną podstawowe zagadnienia związane z pojęciem controllingu z uwzględnieniem
podstawowych zasad księgowości finansowej i zarządczej. Następnie omówiona zostanie
specyfika działalności wybranego przedsiębiorstwa usługowo – budowlanego. Ostatnie dwa
rozdziały przedstawią projekt wdrożenia controllingu wraz z systemem informatycznym klasy
ERP. Niniejsze rozważania mają doprowadzić do stworzenia propozycji Modelu Wdrożenia
Controllingu.
The following thesis is a presentation of processes responsible for the implementation of a controlling system through the use of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program for managing a company. First part of the paper focuses on presenting basic concepts of controlling and accounting, followed by a brief overview of a company running its business activity in the power sector and industry. The remaining parts of the paper function as a precise guide for planning and initiating a system of financial and managerial control within the chosen company. The aim of the effort is to present a Standard Model for Implementing Controlling.
