dc.description.abstractPraca poświęcona jest zagadnieniu samooceny oraz strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem wśród nauczycieli. Tematyka ta ma szczególne znaczenie ze względu na specyfikę zawodu nauczyciela, który wiąże się z wysokim poziomem odpowiedzialności, koniecznością realizacji wielu zadań dydaktycznych i wychowawczych oraz funkcjonowaniem w dynamicznie zmieniających się warunkach społecznych i edukacyjnych. Celem pracy było zbadanie zależności między poziomem samooceny a strategiami radzenia sobie ze stresem u nauczycieli. W badaniu zastosowano standaryzowane narzędzia psychometryczne, tj. SES, KPS, Mini-Cope, które pozwoliły określić poziom samooceny oraz natężenie stresu w badanej grupie, a także wskazać najczęściej stosowane sposoby radzenia sobie z trudnymi sytuacjami zawodowymi. Badaniem objęto 60 nauczycieli w powiecie bełchatowskim, w województwie łódzkim. Otrzymane wyniki badań wskazują na przeciętny poziom samooceny oraz niskie natężenie odczuwanego stresu u badanych nauczycieli. Ponadto badanie wskazuje, że wyższy poziom samooceny wiąże się z częstszym stosowaniem adaptacyjnych strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem.pl
dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on the issue of self-esteem and stress management strategies among teachers. The topic is of particular significance given the specific nature of the teaching profession, which involves a high level of responsibility, the need to carry out numerous teaching and educational duties, and operating within rapidly changing social and educational conditions.The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between the level of self-esteem and stress coping strategies among teachers. The study employed standardised psychometric tools, namely the SES, KPS and Mini-Cope, which enabled the determination of the level of self-esteem and stress intensity within the study group, as well as the identification of the most frequently used methods for coping with difficult professional situations. The study involved 60 teachers in the Bełchatów district, in the Łódź Voivodeship. The results indicate an average level of self-esteem and a low intensity of perceived stress among the teachers surveyed. Furthermore, the study highlights that a higher level of self-esteem is associated with a more frequent use of adaptive stress coping strategies.en
