dc.description.abstractZasoby ludzkie, często nazywane zamiennie kapitałem ludzkim, zaliczane są do najcenniejszych zasobów firmy, zasobów na których firmy budują kluczowe kompetencje i uzyskują przewagę konkurencyjną. Zasoby ludzkie są pojęciem wartościującym. Podkreślają istotną rolę pracowników w procesie funkcjonowania organizacji. Zasoby te wpływają na wykorzystanie innych zasobów organizacji. Im częściej mówi się o zarządzaniu wiedzą, tym częściej słyszy się o dużej wartości kapitału ludzkiego firm i znaczeniu jakie im przypisuje najwyższe kierownictwo. Postrzeganie zasobów ludzkich jako potencjalnego źródła zdobywania przewagi konkurencyjnej nadaje działaniom z zakresu zarządzania tym zasobem charakteru strategicznego. Zasoby ludzkie są więc najcenniejszym zasobem każdej firmy, a prawidłowe zarządzanie nimi może być źródłem rynkowego sukcesu firmy albo nieprawidłowe zarządzanie źródłem jej porażki.pl
