Abstrakt
Praca magisterska jest na temat źródeł, przyczyn i następstw stresu zawodowego wśród
nauczycieli gimnazjum. Badania przeprowadzono w dwóch szkołach na terenie Gminy
Kamionka Wielka, w Gimnazjum w Kamionce Wielkiej i w Gimnazjum w Królowej Górnej.
Praca zawiera odpowiedzi dotyczące głównych źródła stresu w pracy nauczycieli, sposoby
radzenia sobie ze stresem jakie najczęściej stosują nauczyciele oraz pokazuje jakie są
następstwa stresu występujące wśród badanych nauczycieli.
W pracy zastosowano metodę statystyczną, której narzędziem była ankieta. Potwierdzono
hipotezę, że stres negatywnie wpływa na pracę zawodową. Pełnione przez nauczycieli role
wymagają bliskiego kontaktu interpersonalnego, dużego zaangażowania, troskliwego,
cierpliwego i odpowiedzialnego kontaktowania się z uczniami jak również z ich rodzicami.
Wszystko to sprawia, że zawód nauczyciela jest zawodem absorbującym psychicznie i
wyczerpującym. Stres silnie działa na nasz organizm, wywołując reakcje zarówno
fizjologiczne jak i psychologiczne, które utrudniają pracę nauczycieli.
Master's thesis on the sources, causes and consequences of occupational stress among school teachers. The study was conducted in two schools in the Municipality Stoneware United, at the Gymnasium in Kamionce United and Queen of the Upper Middle School. The paper presents the response of the primary sources of stress in the work of teachers, methods of coping with stress that most teachers use, and shows what are the consequences of stress among the teachers interviewed. The study used a statistical method, which was a survey tool. The hypothesis that stress negatively affects their careers. Performed by the teachers role requires close interpersonal contact, strong commitment, caring, patient and responsible contact with students and their parents. All this means that the teaching profession is a profession absorbing and exhausting mentally. Stress strongly acts on the body, causing reactions of both physiological and psychological, which hinder the work of teachers.
