dc.description.abstractCelem pracy jest przedstawienie i próba przeanalizowania wpływu Funduszy Unijnych na rozwój Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw na przykładzie rozlewni wód Cechini – Dystrybucja w Muszynie. Przedstawione w pracy hipotezy zostały potwierdzone. Fundusze Unijne wpływają na rozwój MSP oraz otrzymanie dofinansowania, zwiększają konkurencyjność i rozwój beneficjenta. Analiza przeprowadzona została na podstawie informacji udzielonych przez kadrę zarządzającą. W przeprowadzeniu analiz wykorzystane zostały diagnoza potencjału wzrostowego przedsiębiorstwa POS, identyfikacja rozwoju firmy według Churchilla i Lewis oraz analiza SWOT. Przeprowadzone analizy jednoznacznie pokazują, że Fundusze Unijne pozytywnie wpływają na rozwój Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw (MSP).pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to presentation and analyze the influence of the European Funds on the development of small and medium enterprises based on the example of mineral water bottling plant in Cechinii – distribution in Muszyna. All hypothesis presented in this research were verified. European Funds influence the development of MSP and the incentive increases the competitive environment as well as the development of beneficiaries. The analysis has been performed on the basis of the information given by the management. In doing this research analysis of the growing enterprise POS, identification of the development of the company according to Churchill and Lewis as well as the analysis of SWOT were used. All the analysis show without any doubt that the European Funds have positive influence on the development of small and medium enterprises.pl
