Objawy potraumatyczne a odporność psychiczna u młodych dorosłych
Abstrakt
Praca dotyczy związku między objawami potraumatycznymi a odpornością psychiczną u młodych dorosłych. Jej celem jest sprawdzenie, czy osoby o wyższym poziomie odporności psychicznej wykazują niższe nasilenie objawów potraumatycznych. W pracy zostaną omówione podstawowe zagadnienia dotyczące traumy psychicznej, objawów potraumatycznych oraz odporności psychicznej rozumianej jako zdolność radzenia sobie z trudnymi i stresującymi doświadczeniami. W badaniu planuje się wykorzystanie dwóch narzędzi: Impact of Event Scale – Revised, czyli IES-R, oraz Skali Pomiaru Prężności – SPP-25. Grupę badanych będą stanowić młodzi dorośli w wieku od 18 do 35 lat. Badanie będzie miało charakter dobrowolny i anonimowy. Uzyskane wyniki pozwolą lepiej zrozumieć, czy odporność psychiczna może pełnić ważną rolę w funkcjonowaniu osób, które doświadczają objawów potraumatycznych.
The thesis focuses on the relationship between posttraumatic symptoms and psychological resilience in young adults. Its aim is to examine whether individuals with a higher level of psychological resilience show lower intensity of posttraumatic symptoms. The theoretical part of the thesis will discuss the basic concepts related to psychological trauma, posttraumatic symptoms, and psychological resilience understood as the ability to cope with difficult and stressful experiences. The study will use two research tools: the Impact of Event Scale – Revised, known as IES-R, and the Resilience Measurement Scale, SPP-25. The study group will consist of young adults aged 18 to 35. Participation in the study will be voluntary and anonymous. The results may help to better understand whether psychological resilience plays an important role in the functioning of people who experience posttraumatic symptoms.
