dc.description.abstractPraca przedstawia zagadnienia zawiązane z elastycznymi formami zatrudnienia. Część teoretyczna obejmuje przedstawienie procesu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, jakim jest zatrudnienie, wyjaśnienie pojęcia elastycznych form zatrudnienia, jak i charakterystyka jej rodzajów. Znajdują się w niej także informacje na temat przyczyn stosowania tego typu sposobu zatrudnienia pracowników oraz płynące z tego faktu korzyści, ewentualnie towarzyszące temu zagadnieniu bariery. Kluczową część pracy stanowi analiza przeprowadzonych wśród pracowników firm Novitus i Prospona anonimowych badań ankietowych, dzięki której mogłam odpowiedzieć na postawione tezy, dotyczące efektywności wykorzystania elastycznych form zatrudnienia. Główne cele badawcze dotyczą zbadania stopnia znajomości pojęcia elastycznych form zatrudnienia, rodzaju wykorzystywanych form zatrudnienia w wybranych firmach, a także postrzegania EFZ przez respondentów oraz wpływu na aspekty życia zawodowego. Przeprowadzona analiza pozawala na stwierdzenie, iż elastyczne formy to efektywny sposób zatrudnienia pracowników, spełniające swoje zadanie i ułatwiające prowadzenie biznesu przez przedsiębiorstwa.pl
dc.description.abstractThe thesis presents the issues tied to flexible forms of employment. Theoretical part includes the representation of the human resources management process, which is employment, to clarify the concept of flexible forms of employment and the types of characteristics. It includes also information on the causes of this type of employment and how to flow from this fact the benefits associated with this issue or barrier. A key part of the work is the analysis conducted among the employees of companies and Prospona Novitus anonymous survey, through which I could reply to the argument about the effectiveness of the use of flexible forms of employment. The main objectives of the research examining the degree of knowledge on the concept of flexible forms of employment, type of employment forms used in selected companies, as well as EFZ perception by respondents and the impact on aspects of life. The analysis allows to conclude that the flexible forms of employment effectively, fulfilling his task and facilitating doing business for the company.pl
