Abstrakt
Stres zawodowy jest jednym z kluczowych wyzwań współczesnych organizacji i głównym czynnikiem wpływającym na efektywność pracy. Wysoki poziom stresu może prowadzić do wypalenia zawodowego, obniżonej produktywności, obniżonej samooceny pracowników oraz zmniejszenie efektywności ich pracy. Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza wpływu stresu zawodowego na efektywność pracy w różnych grupach zawodowych oraz identyfikacja skutecznych strategii jego redukcji. Praca koncentruje się na różnych grupach zawodowych. Badanie ma na celu określenie, czy poziom stresu różni się w zależności od branży, stanowiska oraz charakteru wykonywanej pracy. Dodatkowo zostaną zidentyfikowane najczęstsze źródła stresu oraz sposoby jego redukcji, zarówno na poziomie indywidualnym, jak i organizacyjnym. Analiza zostanie przeprowadzona z wykorzystaniem metod ilościowych oraz jakościowych. Główną część badania stanowić będą kwestionariusze, które pozwalają na przebadanie dużej ilości osób z różnych grup zawodowych. Uzupełnieniem badań będą wywiady z przedstawicielami różnych grup zawodowych, które umożliwią lepsze zrozumienie indywidualnych i organizacyjnych strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem. Osiągnięte wyniki badań pozwolą na określenie korelacji między poziomem stresu a efektywnością pracy, a także zidentyfikowaniem najlepszych praktyk w zakresie zarządzania stresem w organizacji. Badanie te dostarczy praktyczne wskazówki dla pracowników oraz pracodawców dotyczących optymalizacji warunków pracy i poprawy dobrostanu.

High levels of stress can lead to burnout, reduced productivity, reduced employee self-esteem, and reduced work efficiency. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of occupational stress on work efficiency in various professional groups and to identify effective strategies for its reduction. The work focuses on various professional groups. The study aims to determine whether the level of stress differs depending on the industry, position, and nature of the work performed. Additionally, the most common sources of stress and methods of its reduction will be identified, both at the individual and organizational level. The analysis will be conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. The main part of the study will consist of questionnaires that allow for the examination of a large number of people from various professional groups. The research will be supplemented by interviews with representatives of various professional groups, which will allow for a better understanding of individual and organizational strategies for coping with stress. The research results will allow for the determination of the correlation between the level of stress and work efficiency, as well as the identification of best practices in stress management in the organization. This study will provide practical advice for employees and employers on how to optimise working conditions and improve well-being.
