| dc.description.abstract | Tematem pracy magisterskiej jest zapoznanie się z warunkami panującymi na lokalnym, małopolskim rynku pracy. Poznamy charakterystykę danego rynku pracy pod względem wieku, wykształcenia, płci, okresu pozostawania bez pracy oraz wiele innych. Dowiemy się jakich warunków pracy możemy się spodziewać, oraz jakich zarobków oczekiwać. W pierwszym rozdziale zawarte są zagadnienia teoretyczne związane z rynkiem pracy takie jak definicja pracy, popyt, oraz podaż pracy, funkcje rynku pracy oraz wiele innych. W rozdziale drugim zawarte są rodzaje bezrobocia, pojęcie bezrobocia, przyczyny i skutki bezrobocia oraz wiele innych. Trzeci rozdział zawiera informacje dotyczące istoty i zakresu polityki zatrudnienia, czyli min. zakres, cele, obszary polityki zatrudnienia, oraz wiele innych. Rozdział czwarty to kwintesencja tematu w którym zawarte są różnego rodzaju wykresy oraz tabele charakteryzujące małopolski rynek pracy wraz z interpretacją oraz sposoby szukania zatrudnienia na lokalnym rynku pracy. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The topic of the thesis is to introduce the conditions in the local labor market in Lesser Poland Province. We will learn about the characteristics of the labor market in terms of age, education, gender, duration of unemployment, and many others factors. We'll find out what working conditions and what earnings we can expect. In the first chapter includes theoretical issues related to the labor market, such as the definition of labor demand and labor supply, functions of the labor market and many others. The second chapter includes the types of unemployment, the concept of unemployment, the causes and effects of unemployment and many others. The third chapter contains information about the nature and scope of employment policy, that is, inter alia: the scope, objectives, areas of employment policy, and many others. The fourth chapter is the essence of the topic, which contained all kinds of graphs and charts characterizing the labor market in Lesser Poland Province with interpretation, and ways to seek employment in this region. | pl |
