dc.description.abstractPraca jest próbą syntezy zagadnień dotyczących kontroli i nadzoru oraz charakterystyki współczesnego otoczenia przedsiębiorstwa i jego interesariuszy w świetle koncepcji Stakeholders, i w tym kontekście dokonanie analizy wpływu oddziaływania Stakeholders na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw i ich otoczenie. Badaniu została poddana Powiatowa Stacja Sanitarno-Epidemiologiczna w Nowym Sączu, działająca w strukturach Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej, na podstawie której dokonano analizy wpływu podmiotu badań jako Stakeholdera na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw nowosądeckich. Podmiot badań jako Stakeholder oddziałuje poprzez kontrolę i nadzór zarówno na przedsiębiorstwo, jak również na innych interesariuszy tego przedsiębiorstwa w sposób bezpośredni oraz pośredni. Oddziaływanie to jest bardzo istotne i wielopłaszczyznowe. Powiatowa Stacja Sanitarno - Epidemiologiczna w Nowym Sączu jest ważnym elementem otoczenia konkurencyjnego, a sprawowany skuteczny nadzór i kontrola wpływa na poprawę bezpieczeństwa i zdrowia publicznego mieszkańców. Współczesne zarządzanie wzajemnymi relacjami z interesariuszami organizacji wymaga sprawnych relacji, które muszą zawierać sprężenie zwrotne. Zarządzanie relacjami musi być również wplecione w strategię organizacji.pl
dc.description.abstractThe work is an attempt to synthesize the issues of control and monitoring, and environmental characteristics of the modern enterprise and its Stakeholders in the light of the concept and the context to analyze the impact of the Stakeholderson businesses and their surroundings. The study has been of the Count Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Nowy Sacz, operating within the structures of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspectorate, based on an analysis of the impact of the research subject as a stakeholder on businesses Nowy Sacz. Stakeholder research entity as affected by the control and supervision of both the company, as well as other stakeholders of the company, directly and indirectly. The impact of this is very important and multi-faceted. Of the Count Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Nowy Sacz as a Stakeholder Nowy Sacz in the business environment plays an increasingly important role. It is therefore an important part of the competitive environment, and exercised effective oversight and control improves public health and safety people.
