| pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between anxiety, emotional intelligence, and the sense of meaning in life among adults with migration experience. The study employed the Cattell Self-Analysis Form, the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (INTE), the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ), and a self-developed questionnaire designed to collect socio-demographic data. The analysis focused on the levels of anxiety, emotional intelligence, and meaning in life, as well as on the influence of selected socio-demographic and migration-related factors on these variables. The results confirmed significant relationships between emotional intelligence and anxiety. Individuals with higher emotional intelligence demonstrated lower levels of emotional tension and anxiety. A relationship was also found between a stronger sense of meaning in life and lower anxiety levels. No significant associations were observed between the studied variables and age, gender, or the duration of migration experience. The findings highlight the importance of psychological resources in the adaptation process of individuals with migration experience. | en |
