dc.description.abstractW pracy magisterskiej zaprezentowano wszelakie aspekty dotyczące pozyskiwania zasobów ludzkich. Przedstawiono proces naboru, metody selekcji oraz adaptację nowoprzyjętego pracownika. Przebieg procesu rekrutacji zaprezentowano na przykładzie Firmy KOMO. Głównym celem niniejszej pracy była ocena i analiza systemu rekrutacji pracowników w perspektywie osiągania celów badanej firmy. Punktem wyjścia do określenia przedstawionego celu było zbadanie struktury Firmy KOMO oraz polityki personalnej firmy. Aby poznać opinię pracowników posłużono się wywiadem za pośrednictwem ankiety, która dzięki swojemu anonimowemu charakterowi pozwoliła uzyskać szczere odpowiedzi. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone z pracownikami Firmy KOMO. Badania pozwoliły stwierdzić, że proces rekrutacji przeprowadzany w badanej firmie w pełni realizuje założenia organizacji, rekrutując pracowników doświadczonych, wykwalifikowanych i pasujących do wakującego stanowiska.pl
dc.description.abstractThe thesis presents all kinds of aspects relating to the acquisition of human resources. Shows the process of recruitment, method of selection and adaptation of newly recruited employee. Recruitment process is presented on the example of KOMO. The main objective of this study was to evaluate and analyze the recruitment system in the perspective of achieving the objectives of the audited company. The starting point for determining the purpose was to examine the proposal to the company structure and personnel policy KOMO company. To know what was used to interview employees via questionnaires, which thanks to its anonymous nature has allowed to get honest answers. The study was conducted with company employees KOMO. The study revealed that the recruitment process conducted in the test company fully implements the objectives of organizations recruiting experienced staff, qualified and fit to the vacant post.pl
