| dc.description.abstract | Celem mojej pracy było uzyskanie informacji na temat wpływu zmian organizacyjnych na poziomie stresu wśród pielęgniarek pracujących w ośrodku zdrowia w Chełmcu. Przyjmuje się, że czynnik, który jest elementem poprawy jakości zdrowia dla pacjentów może być źródłem niekorzystnego stresu dla pracowników. Aby zweryfikować pytania badawcze i dwie hipotezy przeprowadziłem ankietę wśród wszystkich pielęgniarek zatrudnionych w NZOZ "Praxis". Informacje otrzymane w ten sposób pozwoliły mi utworzyć wnioski odnoszące się do stresu wśród pielęgniarek, które wzięły udział w badaniu. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of my thesis was to get the information concerning the impact of the organizational changes on the level of stress among nurses working in the health centre in Chełmiec. I assumed that the factor, which is the element of improving the quality of health service for patients may be the source of unfavorable stress for the workers. To verify the research questions and two hypotheses I carried out the survey among all nurses employed in NZOZ " Praxis". The information I received in this way allowed me to form some conclusions referring to stress among nurses who took part in the study. | pl |
