| dc.description.abstract | Najczęściej wykorzystywanymi zewnętrznymi formami finansowania działalności przedsiębiorstw jest kredyt i leasing. Wybór źródła finansowania działalności przedsiębiorstwa jest wyborem bardzo trudnym. W celu prawidłowego dokonania wyboru należy wykorzystać kryteria, które doprowadzą do wybrania najkorzystniejszego źródła finansowania dla konkretnego przedsiębiorstwa. W pracy porównano leasing z kredytem, pokazując cechy leasingu i przyczyny wysokiej popularności tego produktu wśród małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Przedstawione metody oceny i kalkulacji kosztów powstałych w związku z korzystaniem z obu form finansowania mają ułatwić przedsiębiorcy podjęcie decyzji: leasing czy kredyt? Dla zobrazowania znaczenia leasingu w gospodarce zaprezentowano rozwój rynku leasingowego w Polsce. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The factors which enable to compare the credit and leasing offer as well as to take the optimum decision concerning the choice of financial sources of an enterprise are shown. The choice of financial sources for enterprise activity is a strategic decision. Taking the credit and leasing as an example, the criteria used while choosing one of the above factors are presented. In article afterwards, a comparison of leasing with credit is made, which highlights the characteristic traits of leasing and the reasons behind the high popularity of this product among small and medium sized enterprises. Presented methods of cost estimates have to facilitate decision-making: leasing or leasing? In order to illustrate the significance of leasing for the economy, a presentation is made of the leasing market development in Poland. | pl |
