| dc.description.abstract | Niniejsza praca poświęcona jest istocie kierowania ludźmi, sposobem zarządzania i rodzajami ról występujących u managera, kierownika i lidera. W tekście zawarte są informacje dotyczące planowania i poszczególnych jego etapów. Kierowanie jako element procesu zarządzania, istota a także sprawowane funkcje kierownicze i zasady zarządzania. Opisany jest również sposób planowania oraz podział na poszczególne szczeble. Ważnym elementem tego procesu jest prawidłowe organizowanie zadań, przewodzenie ludźmi oraz motywowanie ich do pracy. W podsumowaniu planowania jak zawsze przy zakończonym projekcie jest opisane skuteczne kontrolowanie wykonanej pracy. W części drugiej opisane jest formalne i nieformalne sprawowanie władzy, czyli zarządzanie jako obowiązek prawny i przywództwo naturalnego lidera grupy. Funkcje, zadania kierowników i rodzaje stylów kierowania ludźmi. Natomiast w trzeciej części zostało opisane pojęcie prawdziwego zespołu, cykl życia oraz role, jakie zawsze występują w nim. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper is devoted to the essence of leadership, governance and types of roles that occur in the manager, supervisor and leader. The text contains information about planning and its various stages. Driving as part of the management process, as well as being exercised managerial functions and principles of management. It also describes how the planning and the division into different levels. An important part of this process is the proper organization of the task to lead people and motivate them to work. In summary, as always when planning project completion is described effectively control the work done. The second part describes the formal and informal governance or management as a legal obligation and leadership of the natural leader of the group.
