dc.description.abstractCelem pracy dyplomowej jest przeprowadzenie analizy przepisów prawa regulujących funkcjonowanie zakładów pracy chronionej oraz ekonomicznych aspektów wynikających z posiadania przez przedsiębiorstwo statusu Zakładu Pracy Chronionej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli, jaką odgrywa w nim Zakładowy Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych. Analizę prawnych i ekonomicznych aspektów funkcjonowania Zakładów Pracy Chronionej dokonano w oparciu o aktualne akty prawne, w szczególności o ustawę o rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz zatrudnianiu osób niepełnosprawnych. Ponadto do wyciągnięcia wniosków przeprowadzono analizę wpływu aktualnego stanu prawnego na kondycję i przyszłe działania Zakładu Przetwórstwa Mięsnego Leśniak w Strzyżowie, który posiada status Zakładu Pracy Chronionej. Analizie poddano środki tworzące i wydatkowane z fundusz ZFRON należący do ZPM Leśniak. Dotychczasowa atrakcyjność ZPCHr maleje w wyniku zmian w prawie. Zmiany te doprowadziły do utraty przez te jednostki wielu przywilejów, nakładając przy tym nowe obowiązki i wymagania. Wiele firm zrezygnuje z utrzymania statusu ZPCHr, gdyż korzyści płynące z posiadania tego statusu nie zrekompensują poniesionych kosztów.pl
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis is to present analysis of the rules and functioning regulations of laws concerning Supported Employment Enterprises as well as economic aspects resulting from industrial status of ‘Supported Employment Enterprise’ with emphasis on the role of ‘The Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Physically Impaired’. The analysis of legal and economic aspects of the functioning of the ‘Supported Employment Enterprises’ is carried out on the basis of legal acts focusing on legislation of occupational social rehabilitation and the employment of disabled people. In order to draw conclusions, the influence of the current legal status on the condition and future activities of one of the Supported Employment Enterprise - The Meat Processing Plant ‘Lesniak’ in Strzyzow was examined. Moreover, financial resources that were created and spent by ‘The Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Physically Impaired’ fund belonging to MPP ‘Lesniak’ were also analyzed. The present appeal of SEEs has decreased due to changes in the law. These changes resulted in the loss of numerous benefits by these individuals whilst imposing new obligations and requirements. Many companies will resign from keeping the status of Supported Employment Enterprise owing to the benefits of its keeping do not reimburse costs that were incurred.pl
