Allegro Smart! a zachowania zakupowe klientów w polskim e-commerce.
Abstrakt
Celem pracy jest analiza wpływu subskrypcji Allegro Smart! na zachowania zakupowe klientów w polskim e-commerce. W szczególności oceniono, czy posiadanie usługi Smart! wpływa na częstotliwość dokonywania zakupów, średnią wartość koszyka oraz skłonność użytkowników do rekomendacji platformy Allegro. W części teoretycznej omówiono zagadnienia związane z handlem elektronicznym, zachowaniami konsumentów w środowisku online oraz funkcjonowaniem platform marketplace. Część empiryczna pracy opiera się na badaniu ankietowym przeprowadzonym wśród użytkowników Allegro w Polsce. Zebrane dane zostały poddane analizie statystycznej w celu weryfikacji postawionych hipotez badawczych. Uzyskane wyniki pozwalają ocenić znaczenie subskrypcji Allegro Smart! jako narzędzia budowania lojalności klientów oraz stymulowania ich aktywności zakupowej.
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of the Allegro Smart! subscription on customer purchasing behavior in the Polish e-commerce market. In particular, the study examines whether the Smart! service influences purchase frequency, average basket value, and customers’ willingness to recommend the Allegro platform. The theoretical part discusses issues related to e-commerce, online consumer behavior, and the functioning of marketplace platforms. The empirical part is based on a survey conducted among Allegro users in Poland. The collected data were analyzed using basic statistical methods to verify the research hypotheses. The results allow for an assessment of the role of the Allegro Smart! subscription as a tool for increasing customer loyalty and purchase activity.
