dc.description.abstractRozwój logistyki i międzynarodowych łańcuchów dostaw determinuje charakter światowej wymiany handlowej. Głównym założeniem pracy było ukazanie, w jaki sposób operator logistyczny, tudzież procesy logistyczne są modelowane i tworzone dla potrzeb klienta na danym rynku, biorąc pod uwagę jego specyfikę i ograniczenia prawne. Podsumowaniem rozważań podjętych w pracy jest wniosek, że postępująca globalizacja, wzrost świadomości klientów, narastająca konkurencja i nieubłagany postęp technologiczny sprawiają, iż istnienie logistyki i transportu w gospodarce jest konieczne, nie tylko z punktu widzenia przedsiębiorcy, lecz także z punktu widzenia klienta. Istotne miejsce w łańcuchach dostaw, systemach transportowych, centrach logistycznych zajmuje operator logistyczny oferujący zindywidualizowany wachlarz usług logistycznych. Orientacja rynku w stronę klienta spowodowała, że dotychczasowe rozwiązania logistyczne są niewystarczające i należy je unowocześniać, reorganizować, optymalizować i wdrażać rozwiązania systemowe, by móc sprostać wymaganiom na danym rynku.pl
dc.description.abstractThe development of logistics and international supply chains determines the character of world trade. The main aim of the study was to show how a logistics operator, indeed logistics processes are modeled and created for the customer's needs in a given market, taking into account the specificities and legal restrictions. A summary of the deliberations undertaken in this work is the fact that increasing globalization, increased customer awareness, growing competition and relentless technological progress makes the existence of logistics and transport in the economy, it is necessary not only from the point of view of the entrepreneur, but also from the point of view of the customer. An important place in supply chains, transportation systems, logistics centers is a logistics operator offering customized range of logistics services. Market orientation toward the customer caused the current logistics solutions are inadequate and need them to modernize, reorganize, optimize and implement systems in order to meet the demands of a given market.pl
