Poczucie koherencji, stres zawodowy a perspektywy temporalne u żołnierzy Wojsk Lądowych
Abstrakt
Celem niniejszej pracy pt. Do pomiaru zmiennych zastosowano Kwestionariusz Orientacji Życiowej SOC-29, Skalę Postrzeganego Stresu w Pracy PSwP, a także skróconą wersję Kwestionariusza Postrzegania Czasu ZTPI. Uzyskane wyniki wskazały, iż wybrane zmienne socjodemograficzne i służbowe pozostają w związku z poziomem poczucia koherencji, stresem zawodowym oraz niektórymi wymiarami perspektyw temporalnych. Przeprowadzone badania mogą stanowić podstawę do dalszych analiz dotyczących odporności psychicznej, radzenia sobie ze stresem zawodowym oraz postrzegania czasu w środowisku wojskowym.
The aim of this thesis, entitled “Sense of Coherence, Occupational Stress and Temporal Perspectives among Land Forces Soldiers,” is to analyze the relationships between sense of coherence, occupational stress and temporal perspectives among Land Forces soldiers. The study also attempts to determine how selected sociodemographic and service-related variables, such as gender, age, marital status, type of military service, length of service and personnel corps, differentiate the level of selected psychological variables. The theoretical part presents Aaron Antonovsky’s concept of sense of coherence, discusses the issue of occupational stress and outlines Philip Zimbardo’s theory of temporal perspectives. Particular attention is paid to the specificity of military service, which requires high psychological resilience and adaptive skills. The study was conducted using the diagnostic survey method with an online questionnaire. The variables were measured using the SOC-29 Life Orientation Questionnaire, the Perceived Stress at Work Scale (PSwP), and a shortened version of the Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI). The results indicated that selected sociodemographic and service-related variables are associated with the level of sense of coherence, occupational stress and some dimensions of temporal perspectives. The conducted research may provide a basis for further analyses concerning psychological resilience, coping with occupational stress and time perspective in the military environment.
