dc.description.abstractCelem pracy dyplomowej jest uzasadnienie zasad i metod opracowania strategii zarządu personelem przedsiębiorstwa. Obiektem badania jest kadrowa polityka „Dianet” SA. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono zagadnienia główne powiązane z Zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi oraz cele modele ta funkcje ZZL. Ten rozdział jest przygotowany na bazie udostępnionej literatury. Drugi rozdział jest poświęcony naukowo-teoretycznej części kadrowego zarządzania i wyznaczaniu kadrowych strategii dla badanego przedsiębiorstwa. W trzecim rozdziale przedstawione są sposoby udoskonalenia systemu zarządzania personelem w badanym przedsiębiorstwie, a dokładnie to pokazane nowoczesne tendencje zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi oraz propozycje autora w celu poprawy tego systemu.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of diploma thesis is the justification for the principles and methods of personnel management strategy development company. The object of research is the personnel policy of CJSC "Dianet" CJSC. The work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter we present the main issues related to human resources management and targets HRM models this function. This chapter is prepared on the basis of shared literature. The second chapter is devoted to scientific and theoretical part of personnel management and human resources strategy setting to the investigated company. In the third chapter demonstrates how to improve the system of personnel management in the audited company, and thoroughly modern trends shown in human resources management and the author's proposals to improve the system.pl
