| dc.description.abstract | Celem badawczym pracy było sprawdzenie czy struktura organizacyjna Urzędu Gminy Grybów jest dobrze utworzona i czy można ją udoskonalić. Efektem ustaleń diagnostycznych miało być wskazanie kierunków zmian w strukturze organizacyjnej badanej instytucji tak, by poprawić skuteczność zarządzania. Do sprawdzenia tego zagadnienia wykorzystałam dokumenty urzędu gminy oraz przeprowadziłam ankietę. Z całą pewnością można stwierdzić, że przy organizacji pracy w Urzędzie Gminy Grybów dołożono wielu starań, aby dzięki wykorzystaniu koncepcji organizacji procesowej w realizacji zadań powierzonych tejże jednostce samorządu terytorialnego osiągać jak najlepsze wyniki. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of my thesis was to check whether the organizational structure of Grybów Commune Office is well founded and whether it could be improved. It shows how the structure of the commune could be better administered. In order to check that I used the office documents and I also conducted a questionnaire. Undeniably, it can be stated that lots of things have been done to make the work in Grybów Commune Office as effective and successful as possible. | pl |
