dc.description.abstractTematem pracy jest analiza sytuacji finansowej spółki T.C. Dębica S.A. w latach 2010-2013. Celem przeprowadzonej analizy jest ocena efektywności działalności oraz sytuacji majątkowej i finansowej spółki. Pierwszy rozdział stanowi bazę teoretyczną dalszych rozważań. Przedstawiono w nim definicje analizy finansowej, jej cele i zadania. W drugim i trzecim rozdziale dokonano charakterystyki sprawozdań finansowych tj. bilans, rachunek zysków i strat, sprawozdanie z przepływów pieniężnych oraz analizy wskaźnikowej. Czwarty rozdział stanowi charakterystykę przedmiotu działalności, pozycji i rynku, na którym działa spółka. W ostatnim rozdziale przeprowadzono analizę sytuacji majątkowo - kapitałowej w oparciu o analizę aktywów i pasywów bilansu, wstępną ocenę wyniku finansowego oraz analizę rachunku z przepływów środków pieniężnych. Dokonano również analizy wskaźników płynności, rentowności, zadłużenia i sprawności działania. Prace kończą wnioski, które prezentują poprawę wyników spółki w badanym okresie. Do poprawy przyczynił się głównie wzrost sprzedaży, który pociągnął ze sobą wzrost produkcji i zatrudnienia. Analiza pokazała, iż spółka T.C. Dębica S.A. nadal znajduje się w fazie rozwoju a jej marka identyfikowana jest z producentem opon najwyższej jakości zarówno w Polsce jak i na świecie.pl
dc.description.abstractThe subject of this work is the analysis of the financial situation of T.C. Dębica S.A. company in 2010-2013. The aim of the analysis performed is the assessment of the efficiency of the company activity, as well as, its material status and financial situation. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical basis for further considerations. Definitions of financial analysis, as well as, its aims and objectives are presented in this part. The second and the third chapter present characteristics of the financial statement made, i.e. balance, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and financial ratio analysis. The forth chapter reveals characteristics of business activity, position and market on which the company functions. The analysis of the capital and financial situation on the basis of the analysis of assets and liabilities of the balance, the initial assessment of the financial result and the analysis of the cash flow account was made in the last chapter. The analysis of liquidity ratio, profitability, liabilities and efficiency of performance was also done in this part. Some conclusions are formulated at the end of the work which present the improvement in the company results during the analysed period. The higher sale which resulted in the increased production and in the employment contributed mainly to this improvement. The analysis showed that T.C. Dębica S.A. company is still in its development stage and its brand is identified with the producer of the tires of the highest quality, both in Poland and around the world.pl
