Celem niniejszej pracy jest wskazanie znaczenia metody Lean Management w przeciwdziałaniu konsekwencjom kryzysu gospodarczego na przykładzie firmy Toyota.
Na potrzeby pracy postawiono następujące hipotezy badawcze:
Hipoteza 1. Lean Management to metoda mająca na celu eliminację marnotrawstwa
Hipoteza 2. Lean Management może być skutecznym narzędziem walki przedsiębiorstwa z kryzysem gospodarczym
The aim of this paper is to show the importance of Lean Management in counteracting the consequences of the economic crisis on the example of Toyota . For the purposes of labor erected the following hypotheses : Hypothesis 1 Lean Management is a method aimed at eliminating waste Hypothesis 2 Lean Management can be an effective tool to combat the economic crisis companies.
