dc.description.abstractCelem pracy było wykorzystanie metody IC Rating w pomiarze kapitału intelektualnego Zespołu Obsługi Finansowo - Administracyjnej Szkół w Starym Sączu. Dane niezbędne do badań oszacowania wyniku zostały zgromadzone na podstawie ankiet, których respondentami byli dyrektor i pracownicy jednostki jak i dyrektorzy i pracownicy podległych im jednostek oraz kontrahenci. Badania przeprowadzono w maju i czerwcu 2011 r. Ogółem zgromadzono 43 prawidłowo wypełnione ankiety. Z uwagi na fakt iż IC Rating jest metodą licencjonowaną konieczne było wprowadzenie własnego sposobu szacowania danych. Zastosowane zmiany szczegółowo zostały opisane w rozdziale empirycznym pracy. W wyniku przeprowadzonych obliczeń i analiz oszacowano poziom kapitału intelektualnego Zespołu Obsługi Finansowo - Administracyjnej Szkół na poziomie (A) co w zastosowanej skali odpowiada poziomowi wysokiemu. Potwierdzone zostały postawione wcześniej hipotezy iż Zespół Obsługi Finansowo - Administracyjnej Szkół jest partnerem strategicznym dla podległych jednostek, nie musi obawiać się konkurencji i posiada odpowiednią kadrę zarządzającą i pracowniczą.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to use the IC Rating method to mesure the intellectual capital of the Team of Administrative and Finance Service of Schools in Stary Sącz. The data needed to estimate the result of the study were collected from questionnaires completed by both the Director and the staff of the firm, as well as directors and employees of the subordinate units and their contractors. The study was conducted in May and June 2011. There were accumulated in total 43 correctly completed questionnaires. Due to the fact that IC Rating is a licensed method it was necessary to use their own way of estimating the data. The results of the calculations and analyzes showed that the capital of the intellectual level of the team of Administrative and Finance Service of Schools is located at A which corresponds to a high level on the used scale. The hypothesis that the team of Administrative and Finance Service of Schools in Stary Sącz is a strategic partner for the subordinate units, unrivaled and having adequate managers and staff was confirmed.pl
