dc.description.abstractThe high dynamics and complexity of the changes in the environment are making it necessary to implement continuous changes in different areas of the activity of modern organizations. Changes also occur in the functioning of the civil service and, according to the concept of New Public Management, they concern the implementation of management methods and techniques used in the private sector. An important factor determining the changes implemented are the expectations of the society. The article presents an implementation of the concept of New Public Management aimed at increasing social expectations as exemplified by the Strategy of Human Resources Management of the Civil Service and other internal documents.pl
