Abstrakt
Praca poświęcona jest problematyce zależności pomiędzy cechami osobowości a stylami radzenia sobie ze stresem wśród pracowników sądowych. Specyfika pracy w wymiarze sprawiedliwości wiąże się z wysokim poziomem odpowiedzialności, presją czasu oraz funkcjonowaniem w sytuacjach obciążających psychicznie, dlatego istotne wydaje się uwzględnienie indywidualnych właściwości psychicznych pracowników. W części teoretycznej omówiono wybrane koncepcje stresu, stresu zawodowego oraz style radzenia sobie ze stresem według Endlera i Parkera. Przedstawiono również model Wielkiej Piątki osobowości, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem neurotyczności, ekstrawersji i sumienności. Część empiryczna koncentruje się na analizie zależności pomiędzy wybranymi cechami osobowości a preferowanymi stylami radzenia sobie ze stresem w grupie pracowników sądowych.
This master thesis concerns he relationship between personality traits and stress coping styles among court employees. The specific nature of work within the justice system is associated with a high level of responsibility, time pressure, and functioning in psychologically demanding situations, which makes individual psychological characteristics particularly important. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses selected concepts of stress, occupational stress, and coping styles according to Endler and Parker. It also presents the Five-Factor Model of personality, with particular emphasis on neuroticism, extraversion, and conscientiousness. The empirical part of the study is devoted to the analysis of relationships between selected personality traits and preferred stress coping styles among court employees.
