Abstrakt
W związku z istotną rolą bankowości elektronicznej w dzisiejszej
rzeczywistości, tematem niniejszej pracy są karty płatnicze oraz ich funkcjonowanie w
Polsce. W pracy podjęto się charakterystyki systemu kart w trzech wybranych instytucjach
bankowych, mianowicie ING, BZ WBK oraz PeKaO, a także przeprowadzono badania
metodą sondażu diagnostycznego, używając przygotowanego kwestionariusza ankiety.
Badania miały pokazać, jak często i z jakich kart korzystają respondenci, a także czy zdają
sobie oni sprawę z bezpieczeństwa transakcji i zagrożeń, jakie wiążą się z posiadaniem karty
płatniczej. Badania poprzedzono częścią teoretyczną.
Abstract: With regard to the important role of electronic banking nowdays, the purpose of this thesis was bank cards and their functioning in Poland. I presented the card system in three selected banking institutions: ING, BZ WBK and Pekao. There was also a study of a diagnostic survey method using a prepared questionnaire. The research aimed to show how often and for what cards are used by respondents, and whether they realize the security of the transaction and the risks associated with owning a bank card. Research was preceded by theoretical part.
