dc.description.abstractGłównym celem pracy jest zbadanie wielkości oraz form udzielonej pomocy publicznej w latach 2010-2013 przez Burmistrza Miasta Grybów, Wójta Gminy Grybów oraz Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Nowym Sączu przedsiębiorstwom funkcjonującym na terenie miasta i gminy Grybów, a także skutków udzielenia tej pomocy. Część empiryczna opracowana została za pomocą analizy danych uzyskanych z Urzędu Gminy Grybów, Urzędu Miejskiego w Grybowie oraz Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Nowym Sączu. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym zawarte są ogólne informacje na temat pomocy publicznej. Rozdział drugi zawiera definicje, cechy oraz klasyfikacje przedsiębiorstw. Przedstawiono uwarunkowania rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, a także znaczenie tego sektora w gospodarce kraju oraz wpływ pomocy publicznej na rozwój firmy. Rozdział trzeci poświęcony został charakterystyce miasta oraz gminy Grybów. W czwartym rozdziale przedstawiona została analiza rozmiarów, form oraz rodzaju udzielonej pomocy publicznej przedsiębiorstwom działającym na terenie gminy oraz miasta Grybów na przestrzeni badanych czterech lat. Wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań potwierdzają założone hipotezy. Pomoc publiczna miała pozytywny wpływ na działające przedsiębiorstwa w mieście i gminie Grybów oraz wpłynęła na ich rozwój. Udzielana pomoc wiąże się także z realizacją celów strategicznych gminy.pl
dc.description.abstractThe major purpose of the thesis is to estimate the size and forms of existing state aid granted. This study is a result of nearly three-years implemented during the period of 2010-2013 which was carried out with the assistance of the Mayor of Grybów as well as the Mayor of Grybów local government, including the vital cooperation of District Labour Office in Nowy Sącz companies functioning in the cities and villages. The empirical part was developed by analyzing the data obtained from the Municipal Office in Grybów and District Labour Office in Nowy Sącz. The main goal of the dissertation was delivered through the four chapters. The firs section consists of general information concerning public assistance. The second chapter contains essential, characteristics and classifications of company. It presents the conditions for development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the importance of this sector to the national economy and the impact of aid on growth. The third chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the city and municipality Coaches. The fourth chapter present an analysis of sizes, forms and types of state aid granted to enterprises active in the municipality and the city of Coaches over the four years study. The conclusions of these studies confirm the established hypothesis. State aid had a positive impact on operating businesses in the mentioned areas and contributed to their development. The provided assistance is also associated with the implementation of the strategic objectives of the specific region.pl
