Omówiono jej strukturę organizacyjną, zadania i zakres działań. Przedstawiono proces kształtowania gospodarki finansowej gminy w oparciu o budżet. W niniejszej pracy została opisana sytuacja finansowa gminy Korzenna. Cel został osiągnięty poprzez przedstawienie analizy budżetu gminy Korzenna w latach 2012 i 2013. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | In this work the notion and the essence of local government in Poland were described. The commune was presented as a basic unit of local government. The organizational structure of the commune, its tasks and the range of activities were discussed in this study. The project was also intended to investigate the process of shaping the financial ecomony of the commune on the basis of its budget. The financial situation of Korzenna Commune was shown in this work. The aim was achieved through presentation of the analysis of Korzenna Commune budget in the years 2012 and 2013. | pl |
