W pracy badano opinię publiczną na temat obniżenia wieku szkolnego i jego wpływu na rozwój ucznia, nauczyciela i szkoły. W tym celu przeprowadzono ankiety. Skierowano je do wychowawców klas pierwszych, dyrektorów i rodziców dzieci sześcioletnich w wybranych Szkołach Podstawowych w Kamionce Wielkiej. Były to Szkoła Podstawowa w ZSPG nr 1 w Kamionce Wielkiej, Szkoła Podstawowa w ZSPG nr 2 w Kamionce Wielkiej oraz Szkoła Podstawowa w ZSPG w Mystkowie. Ankiety rozdano na tydzień do domów. Wszystkie wróciły odpowiednio uzupełnione i w wyznaczonym czasie. Następnie dokonano analizy ankiet. Wykonano diagramy oraz tabele przedstawiające wyniki. Sformułowano hipotezy badawcze, które dzięki ankietom zostały zweryfikowane. Jak wynika z ankiet hipoteza główna okazała się słuszna, ponieważ obniżenie wieku szkolnego stało się szansą na rozwój dziecka, nauczyciela i szkoły. Nauczyciele, dyrektorzy jak i rodzice pozytywnie wypowiadają się na temat wprowadzonych zmian licząc, że za kilka lat przyniosą one pozytywne skutki i spełnią oczekiwania zarówno reformatorów jak i rodziców i ich dzieci.
This thesis examines public opinion about lowering the school age and its influence on the development of a pupil, teacher and school. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted. It was aimed at form teachers of the first grades, head teachers and parents of six-year-old children in the chosen primary schools in Kamionka Wielka. The survey covered Primary School in ZSPG No. 1 in Kamionka Wielka, Primary School in ZSPG No. 2 in Kamionka Wielka and Primary School in ZSPG in Mystków. The distributed questionnaires were taken home for a week. They were all completed correctly and returned at the appointed time. Next, the analysis of the questionnaires was carried out. Diagrams and tables showing the results were created. Research hypotheses were formulated and verified on the basis of the questionnaires. As the questionnaires show, the main hypothesis was correct because lowering the school age has provided an opportunity for the development of a child, teacher and school. The teachers, head teachers and parents speak positively about the introduced changes hoping that they will bring about positive effects in a few years’ time and come up to the expectations of both reformers and parents as well as their children.
