Wpływ szkoleń na efekty pracy jest to zagadnienie, którym coraz częściej zajmują się
jednostki organizacyjne różnego rodzaju przedsiębiorstw. Ja w swojej pracy przy pomocy
materiałów udostępnionych przez Firmę Aviva starałam się dogłębnie przebadać
i przeanalizować ten temat. Z przeprowadzonych przeze mnie badań opisanych w pracy
starałam się wyciągnąć wnioski i udowodnić tezę, która mówi, że im większa wiedza
pracowników, tym wzrasta ich wydajność i efektywność. W praktyce powyższa teoria jest
stosowana od kilku lat w firmie Aviva i jak dowiedzą się Państwo przynosi oczekiwane
efekty.
