| dc.description.abstract | Celem pracy jest przedstawienie specyfiki zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w małej firmie. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono zagadnienia ogólne w sferze ZZL na podstawie dostępnej literatury przedmiotu. W drugim rozdziale opisana jest sama firma oraz stanowiska pracowników firmy będącej przedmiotem badania. W trzecim rozdziale przedstawione są wyniki analizy procesów personalnych realizowanych w firmie. Analizie poddano procesy planowania i doboru pracowników, oceniania, wynagradzania, szkolenia i motywowania do pracy. W badaniach wykorzystano źródła wtórne oraz wywiady z właścicielami i pracownikami firmy. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The main goal of this thesis was to show aspects of human resource management in small business. The first chapter discusses the general issues in the field of HRM on the basis of the available literature. The second chapter describes the company and the positions of the company's employees which were analyzed. The third chapter presents the results of the analysis of personal processes implemented in the company. The planning and selection of employees, evaluation, remuneration, training and motivation to work were analyzed. The study used secondary sources and interviews with the owners and employees of the company. | pl |
