| dc.description.abstract | Praca zawiera zagadnienia teoretyczne z zakresu stosowania outsourcingu jako narzędzia zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Scharakteryzowano różne rodzaje outsourcingu, jego wady i zalety oraz opisano outsourcing sprzedaży na przykładzie dużego koncernu zagranicznego korzystającego z usług polskiej firmy outsourcingowej. Dzięki danym liczbowym udostępnionym przez obydwie firmy, ukazano koszty podjęcia współpracy oraz porównano stronę kosztową ze stroną przychodową. Celem przeprowadzonej analizy było wskazanie na opłacalność przedsięwzięcia jakim jest outsourcing sprzedaży. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper elaborates on theoretical issues concerning the use of outsourcing as a tool for business management. Various types of outsourcing and its advantages and disadvantages has been characterized. Moreover, outsourcing of sale on the example of a large foreign concern using the services of Polish outsourcing company has been described. With the help of the figures provided by both companies, the costs of cooperation are shown and costs are compared with the revenues. The purpose of the analysis was to identify the cost effectiveness of the project which is the outsourcing of sale. | pl |
