dc.description.abstractInnowacja to pojęcie bardzo stare, którego początków możemy doszukiwać się w średniowieczu. Pochodzi od łacińskiego słowa - innovatio. Według Petera Druckera, jest to "(…) szczególne narzędzie przedsiębiorców, za pomocą którego ze zmiany czynią okazję do podjęcia nowej działalności gospodarczej lub do świadczenie nowych usług". Jest wiele sposobów finansowania innowacji, najważniejsze z nich to fundusze unijne ( Program Innowacyjna Gospodarka i Program Kapitał Ludzki) oraz fundusze inwestorów prywatnych. Inwestorzy prywatni to fundusze venture capital, private equity oraz aniołowie biznesu. Instytucje niepubliczne charakteryzuje przede wszystkim oczekiwana wysoka stopa zwrotu zainwestowanego kapitału, inwestują swój kapitał w średnio i długoterminowe przedsięwzięcia.pl
dc.description.abstractInnovation is a very old concept whose origins can be traced back to the Middle Ages. It comes from the Latin word - innovatio. According to Peter Drucker, it is "(...) the specific tool of entrepreneurs, which the businessman can use to make the opportunity to take a new business or to provide new services." There are many ways to finance innovation, the most important of which are EU funds (Programme Innovative Economy and Human Capital Program) and private investors funds . Private investors are venture capital funds, private equity funds and business angels. The non- public institutions characterize primarily the expected high rate of return on invested capital and invest their capital in the medium and long term projects.pl
