dc.description.abstractCelem pracy było przedstawienie istoty przedsiębiorczości i procesów założycielskich oraz uwarunkowań procesów zakładania działalności gospodarczej, w tym źródeł finansowania publicznego, a także analiza i ocena publicznego źródła finansowania dla nowych firm na przykładzie działalności Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy dla Powiatu Nowosądeckiego w latach 2004-2010. W badaniach zostały wykorzystane źródła wtórne w postaci biuletynów, danych statystycznych, opracowań, raportów. Główną metodą badawczą była analiza literatury przedmiotu i danych wtórnych, z wykorzystaniem elementów statystyki opisowej. Z przeprowadzonej diagnozy rynku pracy i podmiotów gospodarczych w analizowanym powiecie wynikają następujące potrzeby w zakresie wsparcia publicznego: redukcja bezrobocia, tworzenie nowych miejsc pracy, zapobieganie likwidacji przedsiębiorstw, zapewnienie finansowania dla zakładania firm, podnoszenie kwalifikacji pracowników. Analiza i ocena funkcjonowania Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy potwierdziła spójność między wynikami wspomnianej diagnozy i działaniami urzędu w rozważanym okresie.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis was to present the essence of entrepreneurship, the processes of creation, and the conditions of the processes for setting up business, including public finance, but also an analysis and evaluation of public sources of funding new firms on the example of the activities of the District Employment Office for the District of Nowy Sącz in the years 2004-2010. This thesis makes use of the following secondary sources: newsletters, statistic data, studies, and reports. The main research method was the analysis of the subject matter and the secondary data, using elements of descriptive statistics. The diagnosis of the labour market and business activity entities for the analysed district indicates the following needs in terms of public support: reduction of unemployment, creation of jobs, prevention of the liquidation of enterprises, assurance of funding for creation of new firms, improvement of the qualifications of employees. This analysis and evaluation of the District Employment Office have confirmed the consistency between the results of that diagnosis and the activities of this Office over that period of time.pl
