Rola pozytywnego nastawienia i stylów radzenia sobie w kształtowaniu poziomu wypalenia zawodowego u nauczycieli
W badaniu wykorzystano trzy standaryzowane narzędzia psychometryczne: Kwestionariusz Pozytywności (PT), Kwestionariusz Radzenia Sobie w Sytuacjach Stresowych (CISS) oraz Kwestionariusz Wypalenia Zawodowego (LBQ). W badaniu empirycznym wzięło udział 100 nauczycieli pracujących w lubelskich przedszkolach, szkołach podstawowych i technikach.
The aim of this study was to analyse the connection between positive attitude, stress coping styles and the level of burnout among teachers. The main research question is: What is the relation between the level of burnout, coping styles and a positive attitude among teachers? The study used three standardised psychometric tools: the Positivity Test (PT), the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS) and the Link Burnout Questionnaire (LBQ). The empirical study involved 100 teachers, who are working in kindergartens, primary schools and technical secondary schools in Lublin. Statistical analyses revealed that teachers who had a higher level of positive attitude exhibited a lower level of burnout. Furthermore, teachers who use a task-focused coping style in stressful situations also exhibit lower levels of burnout. On the other hand, the use of an emotion-focused coping style is associated with a higher level of burnout experienced by teachers participating in this research.
