dc.description.abstractW roku 2003 nastąpiło powołanie wyodrębnionego ubezpieczenia wypadkowego, co stanowiło ostatni etap reformy ubezpieczenia społecznego. Ustawa z 2002 roku o ubezpieczeniu społecznym z tytułu wypadków przy pracy i chorób zawodowych, reguluje zakres świadczeń z tego tytułu. Kwestie dotyczące świadczeń z tytułu wypadków przy pracy i chorób zawodowych regulowane są również przez inne akty prawne, które dokładnie określają rodzaj świadczeń z tego tytułu, osoby uprawnione do pobierania świadczenia oraz wszelkie inne istotne elementy. Tematyka pracy podejmuje powyżej wymienione kwestie. Uzupełnieniem, jak też zilustrowaniem rozważań merytorycznych jest przeprowadzona analiza struktury świadczeń z tytułu wypadków przy pracy i chorób zawodowych za lata 2007-2010. Analiza opierała się na metodzie zwanej desk research inaczej badania zza biurka. Uzyskane dane statystyczne za lata 2007-2010 pozwoliły na stworzenie obrazu struktury rent z tytułu niezdolności do pracy oraz rent rodzinnych przyznanych z powodu wypadków przy pracy i chorób zawodowych oraz rent wypadkowych według okoliczności powstania niezdolności do pracy. Wnioski z analizy własnej udało mi się podzielić na ogólne, dotyczące rent rodzinnych, dotyczące rozmieszczenia struktury rent w poszczególnych województwach, z uwzględnieniem okresu i stopnia niezdolności, z uwzględnieniem okoliczności powstania.pl
dc.description.abstractIn the year 2003 the isolated accident insurance was appointed, representing the final stage of the reform of social security. Law of 2002 on social insurance for accidents at work and occupational diseases regulates the scope of benefits under this head. Matters relating to benefits for occupational accidents and occupational diseases are also regulated by other legal acts which determine the exact nature of the benefits of this title, and persons entitled to receive the allowance, and any other relevant items. The above-mentioned issues are considered in this work. In addition to the illustration of the substantive considerations, the analysis of the structure of benefits for accidents at work and occupational diseases for the period 2007-2010 is made. The analysis was based on desk research method, otherwise known as desk research. The resulting statistics for the period 2007-2010 allowed to create a of incapacity image of the structure to work, and survivors' pensions granted because of work accidents and occupational diseases, accidents and disability according to the circumstances of the inability to work. The conclusions from the analysis are divided into some areas: the general conclusions for survivors, the conclusions related to the distribution structure of pensions in different provinces, and the conclusions which take into account the duration and degree of disability, and take into account the circumstances of the uprising.pl
