dc.description.abstractNiniejsza praca ma na celu przedstawienie funkcjonowania Systemu Zarządzania Jakością według normy PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 w Przedsiębiorstwie Wielobranżowym ,,Mineral Complex” Sp. z.o.o. Wdrożenie i utrzymanie Systemu Zarządzania Jakością jest dla każdej organizacji przedsięwzięciem strategicznym. Normy serii ISO 9000 traktują wszystkie wzajemne połączone działania, które mają związek z wytwarzaniem produktu lub świadczeniem usługi, poczynając od badania i zidentyfikowania potrzeb, aż do stwierdzenia, czy zostały one zaspokojone. Ważnymi bodźcami kształtującymi optymalny poziom jakości produktów lub usług jest koordynacja i analiza wszystkich działań, które podejmowane są na rzecz jakości. Dlatego w pracy tej ukazano jak można w praktyce wypełniać wymagania zawarte w powyższej normie, które dotyczą nie tylko systemu zarządzania, ale przede wszystkim całej organizacji, a także korzyści wynikające z wdrożonego Systemu Zarządzania Jakością oraz posiadanego certyfikatu. Oprócz wyżej wymienionych zagadnień omówiono także metody oraz narzędzia wspomagające zarządzanie jakością, a także koszty jakości, które ponosi zarówno organizacja, jak i użytkownik.pl
dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to present the quality management system according to PN-EN ISO 9001-2001 in Multi-trade Company "Mineral Complex". The implementation and maintenance of the quality management system is a strategic undertaking for every organization. ISO 9000 series standards define all interconnected activities related to the product or the provision of services, ranging from research and an identification of needs to the determination whether they have been met. A coordination and analysis of all actions undertaken for the quality’s sake are instrumental factors shaping the optimum level of the quality of product or service. Therefore, the paper shows in practice how to meet the requirements of the above standard, which concern not only the management system alone but above all the whole organization. as well as the benefits of the implemented Quality Management System and certification held. In addition to the above mentioned issues, the paper also deals with the methods and tools supporting quality management, and quality costs to be borne by both the organization and the user.pl
