dc.description.abstractAtrakcyjność inwestycyjna mierzona wielkością i chłonnością rynku, położeniem geograficznym, wysokością kosztów pracy, dostępem do wykwalifikowanej kadry zawodowej, a także perspektywą wzrostu gospodarczego oraz brakiem barier ekonomicznych, prawnych, politycznych i społecznych stanowi jeden z kluczowych czynników dynamicznego rozwoju aglomeracji miejskich. Niniejsze opracowanie - poprzez analizę powyższych wskaźników - przedstawia aktualną sytuację społeczno - gospodarczą miasta Nowego Sącza oraz stan jego atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej na przestrzeni ostatnich kilku lat. Jednocześnie potwierdza ono tezę, że nowosądecka aglomeracja stanowi dobrą bazę do korzystnego inwestowania, a miasto skutecznie wykorzystuje swoją szansę, jaką jest członkostwo w Unii Europejskiej oraz bycie stolicą subregionu.pl
dc.description.abstractInvestment attractiveness measured by the size and absorption level of the local market, geographical location, labour expenses, access to highly-qualified professionals, as well as the economy growth perspectives and the lack of economic, legal, political and social barriers are the main factors contributing to the dynamic growth of any urban area. This research, due to the profound analysis of the above mentioned factors, presents the current socio-economic situation of the town of Nowy Sącz and the actual state of its investment attractiveness in the course of the past few years. This study also confirms the thesis that Nowy Sącz urban area is a good base for profitable investment. In addition, it should be emphasized that Nowy Sącz uses effectively the opportunities created by both the EU membership and the fact of being the capital of subregion.pl
