dc.description.abstractWspółcześnie menadżerowie posiadają szeroki zestaw metod, narzędzi oraz technik, który stosowany jest w procesie motywowania pracowników. Istotną rolę pełnią tutaj także instrumenty składające się na szeroko rozumiany system motywacyjny w danym przedsiębiorstwie. Tematem niniejszej pracy jest aspekt finansowego i pozafinansowego motywowania pracowników na przykładzie firmy Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Celem natomiast było dokonanie analizy systemu motywacyjnego w tej firmie. Do przeprowadzonych badań wykorzystano metodę kwestionariuszy ankietowych.pl
dc.description.abstractNowadays, managers have a wide range of methods, tools and techniques, which are used in the process of motivating employees. Moreover there is also quite important role of instruments which are connected with the incentive system in organization. The subject of present thesis is the financial and non-financial aspect of motivating employees on example of enterprise Gourmet Burger Kitchen, whereas the aim was to analyse that incentive system in researched company. To carry out the research, survey questionnaires method has been used.pl
