| dc.description.abstract | Celem pracy była charakterystyka istoty i funkcji struktury organizacyjnej w gminie oraz określenie determinantów i efektów zmian struktury organizacyjnej gminy Korzenna w latach 1999-2008. Posłużono się jakościową metodą badawczą, jako narzędzie wykorzystano kwestionariusz wywiadu. Opierano się na pierwotnych (wywiad) oraz wtórnych źródłach danych (dokumentacja urzędu gminy, strony internetowe). Poprzez badania udało się określić, że w urzędzie gminy w badanym okresie występowały dwie struktury organizacyjne – liniowo-sztabowa i macierzowa. Wdrożone zmiany przyniosły wzrost jakości usług oferowanych przez urząd oraz lepszą organizację pracy. Głównymi determinantami wprowadzenia zmian w urzędzie było wstąpienie Polski do Unii Europejskiej i zmiana wymogów stawianych przed urzędami oraz rozwój technologii. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the work was the essence of the characteristics and functions of the organizational structure in the Commune identifying determinants and effects of changes in the organizational structure of the Commune Korzenna in 1999-2008 years. Qualitative research method were used, as a tool was a questionnaire interview. They were based on the original (interview) and secondary data sources (documentation of the Commune Office, websites). Through research managed to determine that at the Commune Office during the period there were two organisational structures: linear-staff and matrix. Implemented changes have brought growth in the quality of the services offered by the Office and better organisation of work. The main determinants of changes in the Office was the Polish accession to the European Union and change requirements from the offices and the development of technology. | pl |
