dc.description.abstractCelem pracy magisterskiej jest przedstawienie wzrostu i rozwoju mojej fermy jaką jest Ferma Drobiu Michał Jasiński, która to należy do sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Praca zawiera dwa etapy, pierwszy to część teoretyczna jak charakterystyka sektora MSP, czy opisanie funduszy i programów operacyjnych Unii Europejskiej dla sektora MSP w Polsce. Na tym etapie przedstawiono również jak wygląda branża drobiarska w naszym kraju i na świecie. Druga część to empiryczny etap pracy. Za pomocą modeli rozwoju N. Churchilla i V. Lewis oraz Scotta i Bruce’a zidentyfikowano etap rozwoju firmy Ferma Drobiu Michał Jasiński. Natomiast za pomocą diagnozy potencjału wzrostowego POS oceniono możliwości rozwojowe przedsiębiorstwa. Na postawione pytania i hipotezy w rozdziale 3 między innymi takich jak: Na jakim etapie rozwoju znajduje się Ferma Drobiu Michał Jasiński?, czy Jakie korzyści płyną z zidentyfikowania etapu rozwoju i potencjału wzrostowego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa udzielono odpowiedzi w zakończeniu.pl
dc.description.abstractThis Master's thesis aims at presenting the growth and development of my farm, which is Ferma Drobiu Michał Jasiński. The farm belongs to the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises. The work includes two stages. The first is the theoretical part, which characterizes the SME sector and describes operational funds and programs of the European Union for the SME sector in Poland. This stage is also an insight into the poultry industry in our country and around the world. The second part of the paper is the empirical stage. The development stage of Ferma Drobiu Michał Jasiński was identified using N. Churchill's and V. Lewis, as well as Scott and Bruce's development models. Development opportunities of the company were assessed using the growth potential analysis POS. The final part of the paper presents answers to the following questions: At what development stage is the company Fierma Drobiu Michał Jasiński? What are the benefits of identifying the development stage and the growth potential of the company's development?pl
