Abstrakt
The aim of this article is to extend simulation model of the ALPHA
Enterprise production. The model attempts to develop employment adjustment
servicing changing production plan and contains two fundamental parts:
first – responsible for labor requirement planning, and second – showing
relationships between production outcome and personnel staffing.
