dc.description.abstractCelem pracy jest ukazanie znaczenia systemu motywacyjnego i elementów, które składają się na niego. Począwszy od istoty samej motywacji, poprzez teorie, które w przestrzeni czasowej przyjęły różne formy. W pracy zostaną przedstawione główne instrumenty motywacji materialnej i pozamaterialnej, za pomocą których można oddziaływać na pracownika. Zostaną też przedstawione techniki i sposoby gromadzenia i pozyskiwania informacji w oparciu o metody diagnostyczne. Zostanie opracowana ankieta, której celem będzie bezpośrednie pozyskanie informacji od grupy pracowników firmy „Tesco”. Na podstawie ankiety, dokonam analizy, z uwzględnieniem najistotniejszych czynników, mających wpływ na zachowanie pracowników. Po przeprowadzeniu analizy pozyskanych danych będzie można stwierdzić, czy w firmie dobrze funkcjonują elementy systemu motywacyjnego.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim is to show the importance of the incentive system and the elements that make up at him. Starting from the essence of motivation on the same theories which over time have taken different forms. The work will be presented the main instruments of material and immaterial motivation with which you can interact with the employee. Will also be shown the techniques and methods of collecting and obtaining information based on diagnostic methods. Survey will be developed with the aim to directly obtain information from a group of employees of "Tesco". On the basis of the survey will examine taking into account the most important factors that influence the behavior of employees.
